PAYMENT AND PRICE CHANGES:

Due to our chosen payment system we charge at the point of ordering and not on dispatch.

• If for any reason a product becomes unavailable we will refund you in full.
• If the price of the item lowers, we will offer you a choice of credit (in the form of a gift certificate) or a refund of the difference.
• In the unlikely event a product increases in price, you will not be charged more than originally agreed.

All payments are handled by Paypal.

As of June 2012 we accept cheques and direct bank transfers. This applies to UK customers ONLY. Please select "print order form" as payment method during checkout and the instructions will appear. Cheques must be made payable to MIWK PUBLISHING LTD.

SHIPPING:

All UK orders are dispatched 1st class Royal Mail and typically take 3-5 days to arrive.

All overseas orders are sent Airmail. This usually takes 7-10 days but can take up to 28 days.

Postage has increased from April 2nd 2013. We always dispatch 1st class/Airmail for all orders. We have no control over the cost of delivery.

If you're overseas and want to place an order to be delivered via surface mail, we are happy to arrange this on the understanding that it could take 2-3 months for your book to arrive! It doesn't work out much cheaper, maybe £2 per book, if not less. We will generate the order manually and invoice you direct via Paypal, just email us on sales@miwkpublishing.com

For overseas orders of more than 5 books, please email us first. We will endeavour to find the cheapeast shipping option and then email and invoice you directly. This is to ensure you get the best deal.

MY COUNTRY ISN'T LISTED / I DON'T HAVE A POSTCODE

If your country is not listed, please email us on sale@miwkpublishing.com

If your country doesn't use postcodes, merely put 00000 in the postcode field, this will allow you to proceed through checkout.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time by logging in to your account. If for any reason you are unable to do this, please email us on sales@miwkpublishing.com at the earliest opportunity providing as many details about your order as possible. We will process your refund immediately but it may take 24hrs to appear back in your Paypal account.

If you have received a defective item or your book has been damaged in transit, please contact us first using sales@miwkpublishing.com explaining the situation and if possible please include your order number. We will provide return address details and once we've received the item a new product will be sent out to you and a refund for your return postage will be issued.

If you are merely unhappy with your item, returns may be made within 7 working days of your purchase and will be subject to a £3.00 restocking fee. The goods must be returned in as-new and saleable condition.

AMAZON

We no longer deal directly with Amazon because frankly they are not a particularly pleasant or fair company to deal with. You can still order books through them but they will take some time to be stocked and it's always cheaper and quicker to order from us directly. We sell on Amazon Marketplace and eBay as well.
